The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:

• After logging in from a public or shared device, you must log out at the end of your session.

The user will be fully responsible for all transactions carried out through their account, unless it is proven that unauthorised access occurred and gtc77 was notified of it in a timely manner.

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on overall gaming activity and gtc77 holds the sole right to make this assessment. Each tier has its own terms and conditions for earning cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• If bonus benefits are misused or manipulated, the account will be terminated.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• gtc77 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion.

The following rules apply when playing all types of games on the gtc77 platform — slots, cricket betting, live casino, Ludo, arcade games:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed in the game interface.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, gtc77 reserves the right to refund the original amount of that bet.

11.1 Termination by gtc77

gtc77 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence that the user is a minor.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

11.2 Termination by the User
